Do not buy "Iron Gym!" It is garbage.
I am just trying to save people money and aggravation here, that's all:
DON'T BUY the "Iron Gym" they're selling in tv informercials. First, if this journal doesn't persuade you, then at least buy it in a store--don't pay $20.00 for shipping! Check your nearest big retailer or drug store--they'll probably sell it there. But again, the product itself is garbage, so you shouldn't buy it at all:
IT DOESN'T FIT IN ANY DOORWAY IN MY HOME, and I have pretty conventional doorways.
There is also a piece you have to install into your door frame before you can hang the device. Ha ha, they don't mention that in the infomercial, do they?
It will only fit in very specific door frames, and only those that don't actually have a door! If there are hinges in the door frame, you can't hang the thing!
And on top of that, it better be a new door frame: if it is caked with paint, you'll never be able to install the little hook thing that's required to hang the gym.
Don't buy it, don't buy it, don't buy it!
Is this what we wanted when we invaded Iraq? Bravo. I'm not sure what we ought to do now, but I can't resist the temptation to harp on the old lament, "we should have known better than to invade in the first place."
Here are hundreds of people marching to honor the dead Hussein and to condemn the U.S. Well done, my friends.
Our President's linguistic artistry
There's really nothing grammatically wrong with it, but I thought I would repeat one of Bush's particularly poorly-crafted sentences: "But the way I look at the situation is that the Iraqis took a look and decided not to go to civil war. " Maybe I shouldn't criticize, though, considering I'm a moron when it comes to formatting text on mindsay.
See what the suburbs do to you?

Ever hear the acknowledgements PBS gives after their children's shows? In particular, the one that says, "brought to you by The Helena Rubenstein Foundation, a long-time supporter of outstanding children's television?" Well, I remember the days way back BEFORE they started adding that "a long-time supporter . . ." stuff.
